Victor was great to work with! I saw the TV working in his shop before I took it home and after mounting it on my wall, it wasn't working again. Something funny with the mounting bracket. He tried to troubleshoot it with me over the phone first and then asked me to drop it back off. He figured it out and got it back to me the next day and then didn't charge me for the extra repair. And that was on the weekend. I'll be back because customer treatment like that is rare! Thanks Victor!!

I have an old big screen TV that developed a problem. I wanted an honest opinion of whether to repair or replace. After a week of calling different places and being told no no no or bring it in and we will charge you for an estimate of whether or not it's worth fixing or not. We took one more chance and gave Action TV Service and Sales a phone call. After talking to Victor about our problem tv, he gave me a rough estimate. He came out the next day and looked at the TV. Called in with a TV problem and got an honest answer about my options. (in this case I needed a new TV) No sales pitches, no back and forths just a clear answer. Really shows the integrity and pride in their work that happens here. I don't know if I'll be buying a TV here (If I do I'll update this review) but I know they will for sure be on my list after today.
