It was good to have communication via text and email as we live out of state. However, that info should have been known as it was discussed over the phone when I ordered appliances. The driver wasn't informed. He should contact our Ala. builder to coordinate the delivery time to be sure someone was there. He called us in NC.
I went to the store on a Friday about 45 minutes before they closed. They were super friendly and got me a great deal on a washer dryer and fridge. They delivered on the following Tuesday and handled it like pros. Justin the delivery guy was phenomenal making sure everything was set up and worked!
My experience is nothing less than exceptional! From the moment of entering the facility, Holly listened to my needs, budget concerns, and provided guidance on which stove top would best meet my needs. The delivery of the new appliance went flawlessly! Very response and young professional/delivery staff! I can't recommend this small business enough! Overall, a much better experience than dealing with Lowe's or Home Depot! This team cares about you and your needs! I will definitely be back for any future appliances I need!
I am very pleased with the guys that delivered my washer and dryer. Ethan explained how everything worked and even tested to make sure everything was working properly. He ask if I had other questions that needed to be answered before he left. Both guys were very cautious removing and installing the appliances. I highly recommend Acker appliance for you alliance needs.
The entire process of browsing to purchasing to delivery was flawless. Right when I walked into the door at Acker Appliance they helped me figure out what met my needs. I was able to look at my options, purchase the product and set up delivery before I left. Between the time of purchase and delivery, they sent text notifications and called letting me know the estimated time of when the technicians would show up for the scheduled day. The day of delivery I got a call and a text message 15 minutes prior to their arrival. When they arrived they were very professional and polite. They came in unhooked my previous washer, took it to their truck allowed me to clean up the dirt and dust that accumulated under my old washer before they put in my new washer, which I really appreciated. They installed the new washer and showed me that it was working and asked if I had any questions about the washer before they left. Overall, my experience was great and I would highly recommend Acker Appliance to anyone who is looking for an appliance for their home. Their service was exceptional, and I will definitely be using them again for any future needs.
