I am so pleased to have contacted ACE handyman services! I waited over 6 months to get my entry door and they were amazing to get it installed before the holidays! Thank you!!!!! 2 nd time calling ACE handyman service to repair our toilet. Kean Dillion came out removed the toilet only to find the previous contractor did not replace the wax ring with the new one. He did an amazing job once again!
Two sets of minor repair and install work (two different people) mostly failed. To their credit, I wasn’t charged for it. I was only referred externally to fix the remaining problems: a pendant light installed with only three links in the long chain so it doesn’t hang, and four flush mount lights that “couldn’t” be installed for faulty manufacturer instructions. I suggest only using their services for very minor work.
Jeff did an excellent job replacing our garbage disposal. He was quick, professional, and did high-quality work. He also took the time to look at our dishwasher and offered helpful advice on how to maintain it, which we really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. We have some future projects coming up and will definitely be using Ace Handyman Services again. Highly recommend!
I had a small section of fence fall down and I was hoping to get it fixed soon because I have dogs. I called the week before Christmas, so I was really surprised that they were able to schedule me for just a couple of days later, on the 23rd. Stephanie in the office was really helpful and Jeff who did the work was great. He explained what he was going to do and he did a great job, finishing quickly. He was also on time and super friendly. Overall a really great experience.
