This review is well overdue. After my tenants destroyed my rental house and failed to report a burst pipe, 3Rs came in and quickly did the mitigation to stop further damage after my tenants were evicted. 3Rs was very patient with me while I navigated the insurance process, never pressuring me for payment. When I finally gave them the go ahead to complete the repairs, they did an awesome job, replacing my kitchen and majority of the downstairs! The crew was great and office staff were over the top helpful. I was not living in area, but Cathe and Jeff both kept me up to date throughout the process. I am currently going through another remodel on a home out of state. Seeing how my current contractors are doing, makes me even more impressed and grateful for the excellent job 3Rs did! They set the bar high! Thank you for your wonderful work! I whole heartedly recommend 3Rs!
