I had a home warranty company come twice for same plumbing issues- both times they tightened a shut off n stopped the leak. Leak returned in 2 weeks! PM if you want name of warranty - id paid for 6 .5 years. Ace came with 60 minutes gave me estimate - fixed next day by replacing the shut off. Reasonable price - cleaned up after. Ill definitely use Ace Hardware Service again!

I called Ace and talked to Steve after Starlink installers DSI split the facia of my new home with an oversized screw. He was honest about the how much it would be and how they were going to fix it. I already have planned future jobs with Ace and I will post those reviews as well. Below is the before and after of the DSI installers messup and Ace fixing the problem.

John and Steve were the craftsmen who handled the service call, and they were both professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They identified the problem areas on the roof and sealed everything properly. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated their clear communication and quality workmanship. At the time I first contacted Ace Handyman, I had recently lost my husband and was lost as to how to get a few tasks completed. I have used Ace many times, small and large jobs: in from putting up handrails, helping to move furniture, changing out ceiling fans, installing hot water tank and sink in garage, power washing sidewalks, entire house painting and fencing in small area in yard. I could not be happier with the work they did: the cleanup after work completion, their promptness arriving each day, their honesty, as well as ease of working with them. I enjoyed having them do work and they were so friendly. The very first job that was completed was done by the supervisor, Steve, and after that all other jobs except fence installation was completed by John Snodgrass and Tommy. Sorry, I don’t know Tommy’s last name. I trusted them 100% and when more jobs are needed, I will not hesitate to contact Ace Handyman. Steve, John and Tommy excellent.
