⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had Hayes Electric install an EV wall charger for my new electric vehicle and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was clean, fast, and professional. Communication was excellent every step of the way, which really gave me peace of mind. They were really helpful and got to me the next day, a storm came through and my electric box outside got messed up really bad, I only had half of my house working. It was a fire hazard, waiting to happen. I had called many places to come out to look at it and they was putting me off, it was so scary. I was so blessed when I called them the owner came out the same day and said that they could come out the next day to fix it. I thank God this company was so worried about my house catching on fire, so he put me in front of other customers because he was really concerned. A group of men and woman that are talented and focused. All licensed. Their customer service is excellent. They were able to upgrade my electrical system for a house built in the 1970s. We removed outdated fluorescent lighting, and these were replaced with current LED canned lighting, expanded the circuit board and repaired the drywall hole that the old fluorescence left in the ceiling. When we asked for options, they gave us multiple options from which we discussed pros and cons of each. Lastly, they are honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

The entire experience was fantastic. Dorian and Juliet were very friendly and professional to deal with. The employees who worked at our home the whole time, Mackenzie and Bailey, were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. All our questions and concerns were addressed. We are very pleased with the service and glad we called Hayes Electrical!
