Serveway has been great to us. Kelon is the best technician I've ever had and he does a great job for the issues we've had with our new home. I couldn't reccomend him more!

I had a great experience with Serveway Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish. Elizabeth was the main person I worked with over the phone and by email, and she has been excellent. She’s always responsive, clear, and helpful when setting everything up, including explaining the monthly payment plan, which has been great and very convenient. The technicians, Kelon and Giovanni, have done an excellent job. They are professional, punctual, and take the time to explain what they’re doing. Serveway, especially Elizabeth, provides excellent customer service. As someone who manages an office building and interact with many vendors, Serveway outperforms all others in customer service, quickness in repairs/appointments, and best of all COMMUNICATION. Elizabeth (customer care representative at serveway) is an excellent communicator. She provides constant updates and makes sure to keep customers informed on the status of their request, scheduling, when a technician will arrive ect.
