Ken, Brad and team are great. Always responsive, take their time with customers, very experienced, and great guys as well. We've been customers of Absolute Precision for 10+ years. All started with having my entire heating system replaced the first week in January something like 2016. Very cold. Ken and team got it done. As promised. From there we've asked them to do the annual service calls and the occasional other needs that pop up. Very easy to get a hold of them, they respond right back, and I know they are very busy but always seems like they make time for us. Thanks gents. Great service.

My kitchen renovation wasn’t complete until I had Bryan visit to install my sink, faucet, gas stove and refrigerator water line He was very thorough and dedicated even staying late in the day to ensure everything was completed in one call He made sure to test every single connection and appliance to be satisfied that everything worked He even made sure all my bathroom sinks, tubs and showers were working smoothly after the house water supply was turned back on Along the way he gave me great tips on how my new equipment worked and how I could avoid future problems like clogging I heartily recommend Absolute Precision for all your plumbing needs

Bryan at Absolute Precision installed an automatic whole home smart water shut-off device, the Flo by Moen, for water leak detection. Communication was great and the installation was efficient and clean. Bryan communicated on all steps and helped with setup of the device. I have used Ken and his team at Absolute Precision for several years, and could not recommend them more. Installation of the device will also reduce my home insurance premium year over year, pays for itself.

I had a great experience working with Absolute Precision for my mini-split heat pump installation. Ken came out to walk through the house and recommended size and placement of the units. I had my written estimate with a great price the next day. His installation crew was very professional, neat, clean, and courteous. They did a great job of working around existing obstacles on the exterior of the house, and kept the new lines straight and tight. Very happy with the finished look on both the exterior and interior. Ken even took it a step further by registering the new equipment with the manufacturer and activating the warranty for me. Very satisfied with the whole team and would recommend them for your mini-split installation. They are also registered as a licensed installer with the MassSave program, so filing for a rebate online was easy.
