What a great company! I have had two visits to to Absolute computers for repairs. Tom and his team have been so responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. They had my equipment restored and ready to go in one day. On one of those visits, Tom fixed my computer right while I was standing there! My day was a success as a result. I highly recommend them. I was concerned with a number of computers on our network, and Absolute did not flinch at investing each one, even though I was asking detailed questions. They were very oriented towards making sure I was satisfied with my computer security and were able to provide improved security on my machines.
