I am an older woman who doesn’t understand everything, so I asked a friend to call to get a better understanding of what happend to my car. The Mechanic was extremely rude, used profanity, and refused to answer questions related to the diagnosis. It makes me question the integrity of this shop,

Nothing but the best experience with Dave at Able Auto. Our van broke down during our 5 day drive through Wyoming and Utah. They let us camp in the parking lot until the next day when they could get to fixing our van the Friday of a Holiday weekend. Within 24 hours, we were back on the road. Prices were more than fair and service was incredible. Thank you so much again for the help Dave!

Brought vehicle in because it was making a noise and asked that tires be rotated while there. Owner claimed tires were rotated and charged $149.10 for rotation. I had replaced wheel center cap on the right front and that tire was still in the right front position. Also, inside of both front tires were badly worn and they were still in the front. Rotation never done. Don't recommend.
