The technician, Jacob, arrived at my house about 30 minutes after I called to request service for my refrigerator. He found the problem quickly. He had to order the part, but did a temporary repair on it. He called when the part had arrived and set up a time to do the job. Everything has been done and my refrigerator is working great. I have always been pleased with their service. I highly recommend A-1 for appliance repairs.

LG dryer of 3 years stopped working. Considered a purchasing a new one but decided to see what repair costs were And felt it was worth a go. Jacob was our tech. On time, incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. Had to order a part that he got in the next day. Waited a week before I posted a review to make sure everything was still good and it is.
