Jacob was absolutely wonderful. He not only showed his experience and knowledge in repairing my refrigerator but he also showed great customer care by saving me as much money possible. I will always call A-1 Appliance and will refer them to my friends and family.

LG dryer of 3 years stopped working. Considered a purchasing a new one but decided to see what repair costs were And felt it was worth a go. Jacob was our tech. On time, incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. Had to order a part that he got in the next day. Waited a week before I posted a review to make sure everything was still good and it is. All in all very happy with A1 and will use them again
