James Lymburger is a miracle man. He power-washed all surfaces, painted two porches and a pergola, fastened down or replaced loose and rotted boards, installed lattices, and more, ALL WHILE WORKING IN 90+ degree LATE JULY WEATHER! The job took him longer than expected, but he stuck with his original estimate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
James is very meticulous with his quality of work and offers great pricing. He replaced my main entrance door and light fixtures throughout my home. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
I had a dozen and a half or so maintenance items to be addressed. Many of them relatively small jobs, a few were mid-grade. James successfully solved every problem in short shrift. His prices may not be "cheap," but then neither is his work. You get what you pay for: Quality work. Work done right. Work done timely. His work is excellent and thorough. What else can one ask for?
James is great! He takes time to talk thru the work and provides a written estimate ahead of the job. He shows up on time and works until the job is done, and his work is meticulous! He cleans up as he goes and is friendly and considerate. I have had awful experiences with contractors in the past but James is top notch!
We've used A-Z Handyman for some pretty major projects in the past and he has always exceeded our expectations. Having just retired I had a long list of things that had been neglected through the years. Oh I had the time now and experience in my old and outdated ways, but times have changed, not only was it harder for me to do it, but there were new and better ways of doing things that required new tools and know how and besides I just didn't want to do this stuff anymore. So I called James and gave him my list and watched it disappear. What a pleasant experience. Everything got done and he even brought to my attention and fixed a few things I didn't even know about that would have led to problems in the near future. James has the tools and experience to do about anything you need in the most excellent way. So if you have a list of things that need to be done and for whatever reason you're unable to do it or just don't want to do it, give him a call and get things back in working order and return the sparkle to your home.
