this was a huge bummer! we called tony when we broke down and he told me he would come to my hotel in an hour. three hours go by (i sent a couple text messages asking if he was coming, no response) i get that things happen and i was just grateful he offered to help, but it’s getting late. i call tony, he answers and it sounds like he totally forgot we were waiting for him. i mean life happens, he said something came up. THEN he asked for me to send him my the location we broke down again and he’d be there in 20 minutes. and yet again we wait and wait and wait. but he just never showed up!!!!??!! i get that things come up but that he didn’t reach out to cancel? or he could have just said no to the request, but instead lead us on. we were all sitting there with our hopes up all night? no call, no text, no nothing. left my family hanging two different times 😞 it was incredibly disappointing. maybe if he actually shows up he’s a hero like other reviews note! but he definitely was not ours

Tony saved the week for us!! We were on a 4400 mile adventure and halfway though the popup decided to get a cracked axle. Thank goodness the spot we broke down in was beautiful. We looked up service repair places and found A Quality Repair. It was late at night when I called and he told me he would be out ASAP. I next morning he showed up and got to work. It turned out to be a lot more than just a cracked axle. It took him 8 hrs to get us back on the road. He did it with a smile on his face and was just awesome!! He really was our hero!! We where able to finish our trip to Yellowstone and make it home safe!! Thank you Tony!!! Your the greatest!! Much love from NE
