For a business that's supposedly been around for 100+ years, you'd expect a certain level of professionalism and expertise. You'll find neither here. Our experience has been a nightmare: incompetent technicians who don't know how to properly install a unit, leading to poor initial installation that they refused to stand behind. They then had the audacity to charge her again to fix their own shoddy work. Add in rude and snide remarks from their staff, and you have a company that clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction or quality work. Save your money and your sanity-look elsewhere.
