A Better Handyman was SO wonderful to work with. Shannon, specifically, was a joy to speak to, and she (and the company) helped out my husband and I during a time where we've been struggling, which was an IMMENSE blessing to us. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very kind, compassionate, and generous people, and I know that when needed, I'll be going to them!
Outstanding service, friendly and efficient workers. They literally came out the same day and fixed my leaky roof within four hours of my initial call. They sent pre-work and post-work photos. Very impressed, would give six stars if I could!
What a great experience with Joe and his team! Shannon was awesome, she helped me get this scheduled and was so easy to talk to. She displayed empathy at its best! I had only been in my home a few weeks and discovered a critical run off problem on my roof. It was destroying the brick patio below and leaving heavy water damage against my foundation. Joe cut to the chase and told me exactly what needed to be done. Even better, his team came out next morning!! Yippee! Well... what was a mess that was discovered when the shingles were removed, wow. Rotted wood, flashing not done correctly etc. No problem for this team they got the job done well and efficiently. This was a piece of mind with hurricane season upon us to say the least. They were recommended to me and I am paying it forward and will totally recommend them to others. Great job guys!!
We called Joe at A Better Handyman LLC to see about changing the iron porch rails on the front of our home for some wooden rails. Matt, Rodney (and Joe) came bright and early this morning to do our project. After removing the rusting iron rails, Matt and Rodney proceeded with building the new rails. Not having any particular "design" in mind, we would peek at the progress along the way and were so pleased with how this job was turning out. When the job was completed, we were simply thrilled with the results. These guys did a superb job in making sure our new rails are not only strong and sturdy, but they had safety at the forefront as well, using beveled edges, sanding for smoothness and an additional metal hand rail attached as well. We thought the cost reasonable and seeing the end result, thought it money well spent! These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and leave your property just as clean after their work as when they first arrive. We highly recommend them and will be calling Joe soon for another project we'd like to see done. Thanks guys!
