If you're looking for someone who backs their product, you've found them. A-1 has the best customer service of any appliance store/repair shop of any place I've ever used. Columbus needs this store! You may (may not) have to pay a tiny bit more than Lowe's, but the after purchase service you get will make it so worth your money. They are what all business should strive to be like.
Zach did a great job with the refrigerator leak. He was very confident about what was happening. And came at 4:30. He is a wonderful asset for your company.
I have ordered several appliance parts through them for DIY repairs. This time they didn't have the parts in stock but already had them on order before I got there (as they had just run out earlier that day). Parts arrived the next day and I was able to get exactly what I needed to fix my dryer. I will definitely plan on using them for my appliance parts replacements in the future. Great and friendly service.
We have bought all of our appliances from A1 (stove, fridge, dishwasher) and will continue to do so. The customer service is fantastic and the techs they send out for service calls/ installations have been quick, friendly, and very informative. Zach has done two service calls and has been fantastic both times. Highly recommend A1!
We needed to buy a new range and choose to look at A1 over the big box store in town. We are so glad we did. It was a hassle free experience with great customer service. We spoke with John to make sure the range that we wanted was in stock. It was and we got delivery set up same day. Adam was the delivery and install tech and was awesome. He went over details of the range and made sure everything was working. Great experience!
