I paid for a screen repair on Oct 4 2024, I keep calling to try to get in contact with the girl behind the counter but get screened. The couple times I've gotten in contact with her i get told "the parts are not there" or that "it needs more parts". She keeps reassuring me that she will call me when the repair is done but I have received no calls. I have even driven down to the location to try to get an update and the place will be closed randomly while being listed as open on maps. It took me this long to leave a bad review because I try to be patient. But I called again on 11/29/24 and today 12/1/24 to see if my phone is ready for pick up and unsurprisingly nobody picks up the phone, the main phone line listed on maps goes nowhere and the phone number she gave me to contact her on has not once been answered. Is this a scam? is this incompetence? Might never know because at this point I am not sure I will ever see that phone again. As of now I am out a $300 phone and contemplating if going to small claims is even worth the hassle. Edit as of 12/5/24 Well I was informed over text that my phone is "broken" and after reviewing the return policy on the receipt and learning that this company has no obligation to refund me for a phone screen repair that resulted in the phone being non operational. And it taking me posting this negative review to get any response back on 12/3/24. this girl gave me the same excuse she gave the other person who left her a 1 star review "that there was a family emergency" which if true is sad but convenient that this is not the first time this excuse was used. So since I wont be getting my money or a working phone back I have no reasons to pull any punches with this "business" which is a total scam and waste of time and money. So in the end it took me 2 months to be told my phone is broken when I originally took it in for a screen repair that I was told would take a week to complete. If that is not enough to make you take your money elsewhere I do not know what will.
