I paid for a screen repair on Oct 4 2024, I keep calling to try to get in contact with the girl behind the counter but get screened. The couple times I've gotten in contact with her i get told "the parts are not there" or that "it needs more parts". She keeps reassuring me that she will call me when the repair is done but I have received no calls. I have even driven down to the location to try to get an update and the place will be closed randomly while being listed as open on maps.
