I was out of service at AZ weight scale because one of trailer tire was low, tech helped me right away , and owner was so generous he let me go without being charged penny. It’s hard to find business like these now a day's , they will find the way to rip you off. Let GOD blesses his Business. IAM truly thankful my friend. I highly recommend this place for any of your truck repair needs , they do honest living !!
I got my new diesel pickup towed here. Was treated with respect and care. They scanned it, deleted the codes, and had me test drive it. We found out it was a transmission issue covered by the drive train warranty. They would not take payment. Just honest mechanics. 10/10 would recommend.
I had an emergency air brake issue on my trailer while passing through the area — the emergency airline was cut right at the chamber fitting, and I wasn’t able to continue safely. The shop took me in right away, diagnosed it, and fixed it properly. They also found a second damaged airline that I didn’t notice and repaired that too. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. The mechanics clearly know what they’re doing and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Thank you for the help — you got me back on the road safely. Highly recommended.
505 TRUCK SERVICE LLC AND ROAD SERVICE did an excellent job on my truck. They fixed a DEF system issue and the team was extremely friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, completed the repair quickly, and offered a very fair price. You can tell they know what they’re doing and truly care about their customers. I pass through this area often, so I’ll definitely come back for anything I need. Highly recommended.
We have a charter bus with a big Detroit diesel power train. A model few mechanics would even look at, let alone work on. We were going to have PM done there too but everyone in the shop had the integrity to tell us their prices and which locations nearby could do any part of the process for less. That is to say there was ZERO attempt to fleece folk who were running out of luck. The gents at 505 gave us all the data we were looking for and then had the courtesy to allow us to use their large lot for the big rig transport pickup of said charter bus, as we had to roll out on our cross country move with the rest of our stuff. New job wouldn’t wait on anyone. Then when the hired logistics company sent out a greenhorn, they tried their best to tell said rookie the countless list of things he was doing wrong, the damage it would cause our bus, and how to do it right—even though that wasn’t their job—and the shipping driver didn’t listen in the least. All of this is to say my family and I cannot recommend 505 enough. Good, honest, compassionate, and competent mechanics like these fellows are diamonds in the rough. Only giving 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option.
