417 Mobile Auto Repair

I brought my truck into get a coolant flush. The very next day I lost heat to the driver side of my vehicle, I checked the coolant and realized that it looked like a slushie (started to freeze because it was -8 degrees) I called him immediately and brought my truck back in and the mechanic verified a mistake was made and to much water was added to my coolant. He also pulled me to the side and stated he didn’t know what that was in my coolant reservoir and he was extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Then I had to go purchase the correct coolant and have them recluse it out. After all this my heat to the driver side was still out due to the coolant previously clogging my heater core. Now there telling me I need a new heater core and I will have to pay for it. My heater core 100 percent got clogged because of what they did. The coolant they put in during the flush literally looked like dirty water and I wish AL the owner would comment to this and say anything different happened because I recorded every call text and inch of the way. This place is not right, the owner is sketchy and I would under no circumstance ever take my vehicle to this guy. A routine flush ended up costing me no heat in half my vehicle all because this guy wanted to save money and put to much water in it. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to a real auto mechanic like aasby automotive. 417 auto is a legit sham. Doesn’t deserve the one star I gave them

My daughter was back in Springfield visiting friends from Memphis today, which is a Saturday. It’s also Labor Day weekend. Somehow, she drove up on a parking block/wheel stop and when she backed up, pulled the bumper off the front of her Civic. Not completely off, but just barely hanging on. Her friend found 417 mobile auto repair on Google and it showed y’all were open and so she called. You said “bring it on in and we’ll see what we can do.” When she arrived she told y’all that she needed to get home to Memphis and wasn’t sure how with the bumper barely hanging on. Y’all said “don’t worry, honey, we got you.” You stopped what you were doing and proceeded to put new brackets on that held the bumper in place for a permanent fix. I live up here in Kansas City so I’m not much help so far away. Thanks for taking care of people‘s kids when they’re so far away from home! A dad‘s worst nightmare is when his daughter‘s car breaks when she’s so far away! Y’all made it all better…thank you so much!
