Christian Brothers Automotive Springfield

I had an excellent experience with Christian brothers auto especially with the person overseeing my project, Kylor. I brought my 1994 F350 (Bessie) with a limited budget for some pretty significant safety repairs. These people are absolute professionals with communication, productivity, and willingness to explain my many many questions. They essentially rebuilt my fuel bowl And Replaced various mechanical parts that connected to it. All of which were causing a pretty significant fuel leak. They also repaired my brake booster and gave me an excellent and thorough Inspection including videos and photos. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quality friendly experience with an auto shop before. They treated me with great respect as a woman and a fellow truck lover. After all, I got a very detailed summary of all of the services I chose for them to provide and all of the services I couldn’t quite afford. These were all itemized lists with labor costs, and part costs. I also got these lists before the work was even approved, which allowed me to fully see where my money was going. They worked willingly and without judgment within my budget. If I could afford to have them do the rest of the work, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, I’m 24 and I’m still figuring out life. Overall, they surpassed the mark in pretty much every place of judgment. Especially in communication and kindness of staff. Thank you for your excellent service.

Got a state vehicle inspection in less than an hour. This is a large 9 bay auto repair shop in southern Springfield MO. I didn't have any repairs done, but I did like the waiting room. It's more like a cozy living room with soft leather couches, a coffee table, and an area rug. There was no tv, but I kind of liked that too. No need to stare at game shows or soap operas. I just got out my laptop, found a power outlet, and logged onto the free wifi. Good bathroom too. It's within walking distance of a Catholic church and a coffee shop. So if you need something to do while you wait, you can pray and grab a mocha.
