3D Decks, Docks, and Design

David and his team did a wonderful job, we had a bunch of deck piers that were rotting, not only did they support our front porch but also the roof overhanging the porch. 3D Decks, Docks, and Design removed the supports in stages, poured new footers / placed new piers but afterwards we also had them replace all of the decking and railings with composite. We had some supplier issues half way through the project, however David really bent over backwards to get the issue resolved. The problem was in no way their fault, but he didn’t just throw in towel or turn the problem over to me to deal with it. Handled it cradle to grave….which is rather uncommon these days. Front deck and porch looks great (better than when we built our house 9 years ago), structurally is likely sounder as well. Highly recommended and locally owned company!

We recently had a wood deck built by 3D Decks and couldn’t be happier with the experience. After getting quotes from three companies, we chose 3D Decks because their pricing was competitive and they provided plenty of sample photos from past projects, which helped earn our trust. David, the owner, was professional, friendly, and great to work with from start to finish. He provided a detailed design plan with clear diagrams and invited us to visit the showroom to compare different decking materials. The permitting process went smoothly, and once everything was approved, the actual build was impressively fast—just 3.5 days! The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished deck turned out exactly how we envisioned it. We highly recommend 3D Decks to anyone looking to upgrade their patio/yard.

Update: 2nd job to replace our fence and it looks awesome. They were once again professional and responsive to any concerns we had. I highly recommend 3D Decks, Docks, and Design. 3D Decks, Docks, and Design did a fantastic, high quality job of rebuilding our deck railing and stairs. They were professional, provided clear project estimates, as well as different material suggestions for this project, even though it was not a huge job. Very impressed with them and highly recommend them as a great company to work with.
