Honestly the friendliest tech we've had an encounter with. He was willing to go above and beyond to service us. We appreciate the time he spent coming out and taking the time to explain what could be going on with our kitchen sink and dishwasher. Will return if we need any other work done.
N8 was awesome. Cane over right before the snow storm. Quickly confirmed our water heater was fried and was able to identify what warranty we had available, offer alternative solutions, and get all this work done before the snow came. We have had warm water this entire winter freeze and that’s been a huge blessing. We signed up for their annual service to get better monitoring on our equipment. Happy so far.
I scheduled a heating tune-up with 1st Choice, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The office kept me well informed with updates on the technician’s ETA, including when they were on the way and nearby, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to plan my time efficiently. Casey, the technician, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected the system, identified an issue as part of preventative maintenance, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair and transparent, and after approving the repair, the system now runs smoother than before. I’m very happy with both the company and the technician. I even signed up for their reasonably priced maintenance plan and requested Casey for future tune-ups and repairs. Highly recommend!
I received multiple quotes for a new residential HVAC system to replace my old one before deciding to go with 1st Choice. They seemed to take the responsibility more seriously than the others, and wanted to make sure they did the math correctly, so I wouldn't just have new equipment with the latest coolant, but it would be designed properly and optimized to provide the best results for the entire home. This was important to them as they wanted to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction after the sale and installation, which was worth it because I am a very satisfied customer! Everybody I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and went above and beyond to to ensure my satisfaction. I also found their prices to be competitive. I highly recommend them to anybody shopping for a new heating and air conditioning system!
