Service call for a subzero that apparently died while we were away for the summer. Fortunately we have access to another fridge to tide us over. Technician was excellent in testing and explaining what happened and what to do. Waiting for an estimate on cost of replacing control boards. The fee of $90 was reasonable for an emergency call and will be applied to the final bill.

I highly recommend this company. Service was prompt and affordable!

Fastest in the business.

I called them yesterday and they were here today to fix my dryer ducts. I have very small space in an nyc apartment and their techs managed to reconfigure the ducts and get everything up and working. And they cleaned up after themselves. Not cheap but no appliance repair in nyc is ever cheap.

I always use this company for our A/C repairs in my small apartment building. Alex is a whiz at the installations and and Leo does the phone service. Both work with integrity and they do their best to get the parts needed as quickly as possible. Leo got us a partial refund on a part we had paid for and most companies would not have put in the effort. I have used them 5 or 6 times now and nothing but raves. Quality people makes a difference.
