Cole and Gavin were amazing, the work was as well. They were responsive with every inquiry, polite, and completely on top of everything that was coordinated (roof, garage door replacement and gutters). The reason I went with this company was the initial inspection was a 45 minute-ish appt, with no upselling. The prior company was here for 3 hours pressuring me to pick shingle colors and to start a claim while they waited. Would absolutely recommend Veritas to others.

He was professional, personable, and thorough—walking me through the inspection, answering every question, and explaining the full roofing process and shingle options. Veritas replaced the roof on our home and workshop, also completing new siding and trim on the workshop beforehand. Mike kept us informed throughout and was on-site the entire installation day. They even handled communication with my insurance company. Veritas Roofing and Clay Jenkins, were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was consistent and responsive—even when it was tough to coordinate. They clearly know the roofing and insurance world inside and out, and they gave practical, honest advice that helped us navigate a process that often felt stacked against homeowners. Their inspectors were experienced and thorough, and they also have strong working relationships with top-tier, licensed independent roof appraisers—something that really mattered in our case. Our insurer initially denied the claim, and Veritas stayed in the fight. They guided us through the time-consuming, technical Texas Roofing appraisal process and helped get it resolved. They also kept their commitments. Timelines were tight at times, but they hit the schedule and got the work done as promised. Clay was personable and a man of his word. If he said something would happen, it did. If something wasn’t guaranteed, he said so plainly. In the end, aside from our deductible, we paid nothing out of pocket and got a full roof/deck replacement that looks great and is a major quality upgrade over what we had before. I’d recommend Veritas Roofing to anyone facing a roof replacement—especially if insurance is involved.
