Clay and team do an incredible job guiding the customer through one of the hardest parts of homeownership in Texas. As an insurance agent, I can speak to his level of care for the customer over just "getting a project", and could not recommend him more to give you a quality roof or advise around your roof with a level of care every Texan needs in a market with lots of predatory roofers who know nothing! For three years State Farm denied our hail claim on our roof. We tried a couple of different roofers that went through the process of trying to get the claim approved, and got no where. This past March, we met with Veritas and began the process of fighting with State Farm again. Right from the start, we could tell Veritas was different from the other companies we’d talked to. They were highly detailed, professional, and explained everything clearly why State Farm was liable for the claim. Once the claim was finally approved, the construction process could not have been better. I’ve worked in the construction industry for decades and every project has its hiccups, but Veritas made this a very smooth process. Austin and Ed are true professionals who work with amazing crews. Ryan was extremely helpful From start to finish. At first, my insurance company denied the claim but with the help from Veritas, the claim was approved. The roofers were wonderful and Ryan came to check their progress on a regular basis.
