Great communication, and I'm very happy with our fence! Abe was easy and comfortable to work with. He walked through the property and took the time to understand what we wanted. He shared different options to meet the need, providing ideas on how to make it easier on our lot and identifying trade-offs that could be made to mitigate costs. Once we closed on the details and the work started, the crew was proficient in building a high quality and great looking fence. Everything was done in a professional manner, and we are delighted with our new fence!

Worked with Abe. One-man show. Personable. work completed on-time. Very important for homeowners to ask questions during work, to watch the work as it's being done. You will need to change things like: 1. where the gate is placed, 2. which side the pickets are put on, 3. where the fence turns, 4. whether your gate gets springs to keep it from slamming Remember that like most companies that promise satisfaction after the sale, this one is very busy and I did not get a response when I found that my fence was missing springs on the gate. Top Quality builds a good fence for a fair price but don't expect any follow-up. They left materials blocking my driveway for several days after their fence work was finished, despite my repeated calls. Literally 2 weeks after my warranty (I believe 1 yr warranty) expired, I noticed a warped/broken vertical board. I called them a couple times telling them I would gladly pay for the repair. Despite their promises to get back to me, they never did.
