I would recommend this fencing company to anyone they were easy to work with and did a great job. I spoke with Bobby and he walked me through everything and always answered all my questions and concerns! Thank you for fixing my fence!
I would rate a 10 if I could! This process was so much easier than I anticipated. Abe came out to look at my fence replacement needs and provide a quote. He was so incredibly patient and answered all my questions and made suggestions. I never once felt like I was being mislead or being taken advantage of. The quality of the material used, the workmanship and warranty has given me peace of mind in going with Top Quality Fence. I can't recommend highly enough!
Top Quality builds a good fence for a fair price but don't expect any follow-up. They left materials blocking my driveway for several days after their fence work was finished, despite my repeated calls. Literally 2 weeks after my warranty (I believe 1 yr warranty) expired, I noticed a warped/broken vertical board. I called them a couple times telling them I would gladly pay for the repair. Despite their promises to get back to me, they never did.
Great communication, and I'm very happy with our fence! Abe was easy and comfortable to work with. He walked through the property and took the time to understand what we wanted. He shared different options to meet the need, providing ideas on how to make it easier on our lot and identifying trade-offs that could be made to mitigate costs. Once we closed on the details and the work started, the crew was proficient in building a high quality and great looking fence. Everything was done in a professional manner, and we are delighted with our new fence!
Abe is exceptional. He is one of the very best contractors that we have ever used. He replaced our fence immediately following the tornado (we had used Top Quality years prior to repair leaning fence posts---an issue from a different fence company). I reached out the night of the tornado and he was at our house the next day to give an estimate. He was super responsive and his crew did outstanding work. He is honest, trustworthy, reliable and just a really nice person. Abe went above and beyond during the entire fence replacement process including signing and returning insurance waivers and making time during his hectic day to get to the bank... Abe is exceptional. He is one of the very best contractors that we have ever used. We had a great experience with Top Quality Fence. Abe, the owner, spent a lot of time with us during the initial bid process discussing fence and gate quality and components. He talked with us about the specifics of our project and how they could accomplish what we wanted. The crew did a great job. And Abe came out multiple times during construction to ensure things were going smoothly and to address any concerns we had. The project was a little complex (at least to me), because they had to deal with an easement and a gas meter while installing a new retaining wall and large automatic gate. But they were able to accomplish what we were hoping... We had a great experience with Top Quality Fence. Had a great experience all round and we are very happy with our new 7 foot cedar board on board fence for our home in The Trails of West Frisco. They even cut out two doggy windows and framed them nicely so our pup can see outside. Work was completed over about two days. Will recommend them to mu friends and neighbors for sure!
I have been a customer since 1998. TQF is a great choice for repair or whole fence.
