A very well-known local plumbing company replaced the parts to my outdoor spigot about six years prior. The summer after, the knob on the spigit was like a spinning top (no grip, useless) and I really never got to use my spigot. My plumbers in the meantime were a father/son duo. They did mostly decent work on small projects but several things irritated me, like that the son did all the work and getting them paid via their manager was always a hassle. It got so I was too afraid to hire them for bigger jobs, like the spigot, though they were super affordable and did decent small-scale work. Or at least the son did. For my outdoor spigot I really wanted comptence and ease of payment, and I didn't want to pay for the same job a THIRD TIME. I searched the web for someone I felt I could trust and this low-profile company seemed to be respected. I also liked that I wasn't paying for multi-color van designs or omnipresent tv commercials. Again, low-profile is good. The major company who originally installed the newer spigot attached a soft pipe (not metal or even hard pvc) to my basement copper pipe (about a 14" section) which ran to the outdoor spigot (odd) and installed an on/off basement lever. The inside lever I must say is one thing that company got right. It REALLY came in handy the time I caught some kid running water from my spigot into a long hose, three doors down (I was in the basement, heard the water, turned the lever off, and met the brat with the opposite end of his empty hose while his daddy pretended not to notice from his front stoop...). Obviously, I recommend a quick shut-off basement lever for outdoor spigots. At any rate, the plumber from this company said that the flexible plastic pipe the other company installed, while not technically against code, was not ideal so THAT was replaced with a welded copper section. Now, everything works and I can finally use a garden hose. It wasn't super cheap, neither was it unfairly expensive - so I hope these guys will continue to be MY guys because I like them. Solid work. I would recommend them.

First time I needed some help by a plumber in my 30 years I have lived in my home - based on the reviews i read per my Google search of plumbers I contacted Local Plumber. My issue was fairly minor in the world of plumbing but Travis was helpful and professional and I would not hesitate to contact Local Plumber again.

Eat to work with and will use again. Our main water valve was leaking so we needed quick help but then I added in 6 new sink valves and 3 faucet replacements and they were still done next day.

I found the local plumber through a google search when looking to establish a rapport with just that, a local plumber, for our new home since we moved back to Ohio. I have met a number of their staff through the first job we had them complete and couldn’t be happier to have met them. All staff I have interacted with, including I believe the owner, have been top notch. We had them install a whole home water filtration system and we are thrilled with the result. Full disclosure, the unit was initially installed in the wrong area, but they themselves figured that out later. They returned asap to remove and reinstall the system in the correct place at no additional charge. Throughout the whole process they were timely, efficient, kind and informative (and patient- my 4 year old son loved to pester them with questions. Sorry guys!) In the end, I feel the price we paid was well worth the effort they put forth. Without a doubt will I be calling them again for any and all future plumbing needs. They want to do right by their customers and I really feel like they have me and my homes back. This feels like a local business done right.
