We had a pipe rupture at a hose bib over the winter (you know, the super nice weekend around New Years?). A bigger company quoted an astronomical fee to repair it (or to "wait until spring for our special"). Travis came over and provided a fair and very reasonable estimate and we agreed that we'd pursue repair in the spring. I called yesterday to get on the schedule and Caleb was able to come this afternoon - talk about quick availability! Caleb was very respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. We had a great experience with The Local Plumber. Travis came out to check our water pressure and was efficient, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which we really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find service providers you can trust, but Travis definitely earned ours. Highly recommend!

I found the local plumber through a google search when looking to establish a rapport with just that, a local plumber, for our new home since we moved back to Ohio. I have met a number of their staff through the first job we had them complete and couldn’t be happier to have met them. All staff I have interacted with, including I believe the owner, have been top notch. We had them install a whole home water filtration system and we are thrilled with the result.
