TBros - Trethewey Brothers Inc

I have use Trethewey Bros many times over the years. I remember saying they once performed a miracle with my kitchen sink and crawled through the draws of my china cabinet to get to the kitchen sink drain. The technician was not a tiny man. They go above and beyond when they take on a job. I had a new heating system installed and now a new AC unit installed. This along with the multiple other smaller plumbing jobs makes Trethewey Bros my first choice when I need help. I recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Tbros servicing our on-demand hot water unit. They flushed the system thoroughly, and after the cleaning, determined that our water flow had improved enough that we did not need the hot water recirculator pump we had asked them to evaluate. We truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism in not trying to sell us something unnecessary. It’s refreshing to work with a company that puts integrity first. We have relied on the expertise of TBros for 32 years. Our 104-year-old Victorian has a very complicated, multi-zone heating system. Last month we had a strange situation where all the heat was blasting into one room only. We couldn't turn it off. TBros responded to our emergency situation immediately and painstakingly identified three faulty zone heads. They ordered the parts and returned the following day to complete the job. We wouldn't trust our house to any other plumbing company - their skilled staff know what they're doing. Thank you, Andrew!

After many years of struggling with my personal plumbing for setting up service calls.... i turned to TBROS- the FRONT END STAFF just SUPERB ... they scheduled a time and date that was convenient and EASY and more importantly stayed to the their time-frame. The MASTER PLUMBER CONNOR is SUPERB and his apprentice Tommy truly remarkably great as they understood the work involved and was seamless in completing the service call, in fact went above and beyond (thank you guys). TBROS has been my plumber since I bought this house 26 years ago. They’ve added, repaired, or replaced pretty much everything. Today they put in a new boiler. They were particularly helpful these past few weeks when the old boiler had to be reset but I couldn’t get down the scary cellar stairs to do it. They even sent someone on a Saturday.
