As always, Trethewey brothers always know what and how to do their magic. We appreciate them so much. From the people who answer the phone to set up an appointment to the people who come out to fix and repair everything and anything they are the best!

With a two-family house that's over 100 years old, I have had quite a number of major plumbing issues that have needed repair or replacement, some involving emergency services. Over the years as a T'Bros customer, I have experienced how they have consistently provided outstanding work that was done expeditiously ... demonstrating not only their trade expertise but also excellent communication to ensure understanding and satisfaction with the project. With every service provided, it was most evident how much pride each of the T'Bros' workers take in the job that has been undertaken.

Good service from the first call when I noticed a leak in toilet bowl and the new parts installed. Connor was knowledgeable and efficient. My second time I used TBros, I will continue using the for my future needs.

TBros, and Vinny in particular, were absolutely fantastic. They communicated clearly, explained all my options, and did excellent work at a price that was better than I expected. Vinny was re-routing a water line that was damaged during flooring demo. They were able to come out and complete the work quickly so the rest of the project wasn’t held up for long. 5/5, already planning to call them again soon for other jobs.

I gave Dave, the repairman, a personal check for the amount owed and hope it will be reflected on my invoice soon. He did a marvelous job repairing my water heater.

TBROS has been my plumber since I bought this house 26 years ago. They’ve added, repaired, or replaced pretty much everything. Today they put in a new boiler. They were particularly helpful these past few weeks when the old boiler had to be reset but I couldn’t get down the scary cellar stairs to do it. They even sent someone on a Saturday.
