TNT did a complete install underneath our existing tile roof. They replaced all old felt, any damaged wood and replaced broken tile areas, as well as sealing areas around vents, Skylghts and chimney. They also cleaned up any debris and gave me a little Senior discount off their fair quoted price, as well as an option to financing. Very happy with Mariana in their office and Alejandro in the field and all their roofers were friendly and did a really nice job for us. They also give you a multi year warranty on all roofing workmanship. Give TNT a call for a bid. You'll be glad you did.

My days off are going outside to event By the looks of it there's a lot of stuff. It was nice.

In November my roof will be 4 years old. Flor the last couple of weeks. I have been calling & leaving messages to please returny call. I got through once & was asked to send pictures & a copy of my invoice. The tiles are coming off my roof & the nails are also coming out. My roof is still under full warranty. I'm,m trying to get this taken care of before my roof starts leaking. I am handicapped & can't go outside to see this for myself. That's the reason my friend who happened to be visiting me had her son take a picture which I sent to TNT. I can't seem to get them to return my call Alice Engle

If I could give this company zero stars I would. After discovering water leaking in my home from the roof I called this company. They came out, claimed to have fixed the issue, and charged me $1300. With the recent rain we found out the hard way the issue was not fixed. They used cheap material, didn't even try and properly seal it, not to mention they worked an inch from a hole they didn't bother to fix. I called last week to schedule an appointment for today, they did not show. After speaking with someone on the phone , she told me there is no record of my appointment and to email her. I did, her response to me is that they were not hired to fix what they claim my issue is, and she can give me a quote to now fix it. I am not a professional roofer, I hired this company to fix the leak nothing more nothing less. The fact that she is offering me a quote and giving no effort to correct what this company failed to properly do is beyond unacceptable. Not to mention after the job was originally complete someone claiming to be a manager called me more than once asking me if I could get him medical marijuana from my job. That is not only illegal but again BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

This company changed hands a year ago. It's been nothing but down hill sence. The new owners know nothing about roofing. The office staff have no real knowledge either. And the contractor lives in another state. Please shop around before using this company. You'll find that they charge twice the amount as other reputable upstanding roofing companies in Las Vegas. They don't care if their customer is an elderly lady on a fixed income. If they can't get her to pay the higher price they will try to talk to her into financing. It's a shame that after 25 years of TNT Roofing being in business and being a great company these people come in and they're running that good name into the ground. They treat their workers bad they charge their customers too much and ultimately they're just in it for the money. Wanting to make money is okay price gouging customers is not. You don't get rich on one roof you make your money by happy customers passing you on to the neighbor or their family member. I'm very disappointed in this company and their workmanship. But I'm even more disappointed in the ownership.

My experience is absolute disappointment. These people would take would take your grandmother to the bank if she didn't know any better. They charge twice the amount of what it takes to get the job done. And hope they'll get a bite from a customer that doesn't know any better Their contractor is in another state and the new owners know nothing about Roofing. Literally nothing about. Roofing. They are running the good name of this company that has been in Vegas for many years down the drain. It's sad it's like their motto is instead of giving fair prices they're trying to get rich on one roof. I hope the consumer out there gets other estimates and see what a fair price is shouldn't take them long to make a decision that TNT Roofing is not the company it used to be.

Highly disappointed, I scheduled a qoute and no one showed up. I called the office TWICE and was told they'd get back to me. Nobody has followed up with me. Safe to say, I will not be using this company.

Very bad communication that these people have, it is not professional. I will never go back with this TNT Roofing company. I hired this licensing company for my roof repairs and they didn't do what they were supposed to do and they still charge me for the repairs. Very dishonest business from the office to the Manager. Stay away from this business!
