Had an appointment for roof inspection/estimate due to the recent storms here in Henderson NV this past Friday July 30, 2021 at 9am. The estimator came with a little giant ladder in his truck. He had no extension ladder. He informed me he could not get onto my roof. Now, I have a simple 2 story home. Needless to say I was upset. I made this known to the company. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Melissa who without going into too much detail, made things right! She went above and beyond with her customer service. I was Thoroughly impressed. Had a great experience with TNT Roofing. Randy is by far the star of this company. He’s not only very professional, he also does great work and knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond to make sure repairs were completed and look for anything else that could cause a problem in the future. Highly recommend this company.

Very bad communication that these people have, it is not professional. I will never go back with this TNT Roofing company. I hired this licensing company for my roof repairs and they didn't do what they were supposed to do and they still charge me for the repairs. Very dishonest business from the office to the Manager. Stay away from this business!
