We started getting a repeated error code on our washing machine. I contacted Spark and they scheduled a visit for the next day. Alex was our technician and he was great! The washer was repaired in less than a week and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use Spark again. Great service!

The best! Spark came in and essentially refurbed to like-new condition two 8 year old LG appliances. Great communication, very professional, and very fair. Can't recommend enough.

They were quick and honest. Messaged when they were 20-30 minutes from arriving, knew what to check fist after a quick discussion and have my oven back working in no time.

I called Spark Appliance in the morning, and Yuri, the tech and I believe the owner, came out that same day to inspect my washing machine. The unit is nearly 10 years old, so I wasn’t sure it was worth fixing, but Yuri gave me an honest assessment and got the parts within two to three days. He came back with his helper and finished the repair quickly. Professional, on time, communicative, and fair-priced throughout. His diagnosis was spot on, not excessive or upsold. I won’t hesitate to call Spark Appliance again.

I am very pleased with my experience with Spark Appliance Repair. I made the appointment online & received a response quickly. Yuri came to my house on time and diagnosed the problem with my washer within 5 minutes. He gave me 2 options for repair and repaired the washer within 30 minutes. I had a great experience with Spark Appliance Repair. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional from start to finish. Yuri, the technician, was amazing—honest, efficient, and straightforward. They didn’t try to upsell or invent problems (which I really appreciated). Turns out the issue was simply that the water supply was turned off—nothing more. They could have easily said it was something bigger, but they were completely honest. Scheduling was easy, payment was simple, and the whole interaction was smooth. Side note: he even helped me with my microwave, which I thought was broken because I had never used it before—it just needed a few buttons pressed. I’m not very familiar with these kinds of appliances, so I really appreciated that extra help. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars!

Yurii came to fix my dryer that was making a horrible sound when you started it. I thought it was too old and couldn't be repaired and he fixed it in 20 minutes! The dryer is good to go!!

Yuri did a great job with replacing the motor in my washer. Fast and efficient.

He came on a Saturday night, and charged a fair rate for a quick repair. He also helped us understand potential downstream issues and more about the currently understood problems with our model (custom built in kitchen aid fridge/freezer- fixed inverter, didn’t cash the check until the compressor displayed functionality over 24 hours, mentioned problems with the control board). Highly recommend this company if you want to be treated fairly by a very knowledgeable team!
