Yurii was referred to me by a friend to help me with my Kenmore washing machine. He was professional, a great communicator, and completed the repair quickly. If you need help with your appliance, Yurii is your guy.
The technician, Yurii, was very friendly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our washing machine.
Outstanding service—fast, efficient, and very kind. They were able to come out the same day, which was a huge help. Eurie did a great job and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.
He came on a Saturday night, and charged a fair rate for a quick repair. He also helped us understand potential downstream issues and more about the currently understood problems with our model (custom built in kitchen aid fridge/freezer- fixed inverter, didn’t cash the check until the compressor displayed functionality over 24 hours, mentioned problems with the control board). Highly recommend this company if you want to be treated fairly by a very knowledgeable team!

I had a great experience with Spark Appliance Repair. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional from start to finish. Yuri, the technician, was amazing—honest, efficient, and straightforward. They didn’t try to upsell or invent problems (which I really appreciated). Turns out the issue was simply that the water supply was turned off—nothing more. They could have easily said it was something bigger, but they were completely honest. Scheduling was easy, payment was simple, and the whole interaction was smooth. Side note: he even helped me with my microwave, which I thought was broken because I had never used it before—it just n... I had a great experience with Spark Appliance Repair.
