In Carmel Valley, our freezer started softening everything and making a buzzing noise. The tech found a bad start relay and replaced it on the spot. Compressor kicked back on right away. He cleaned the back coils too, which were pretty dusty. Quick visit, but very effective.

Dryer started making a deep rumbling noise, especially on heavier loads. The tech opened it up and showed me worn rollers and a stretched belt. Replaced both, aligned the drum, and tested it. Now it runs smooth and quiet again. You don’t realize how bad it gets until it’s fixed. He also vacuumed out lint inside the unit, which was a nice touch.

The washer started banging hard during spin and moving across the floor. It got to the point where we had to stand next to it to stop it. The technician checked the suspension and found the shocks were completely worn out. He replaced them, adjusted the leveling, and tested a full load. The difference was night and day. Now it runs quietly and stays in place. He also explained how uneven loads can wear those parts out faster. I appreciated that he took the time to show what failed and didn’t just swap parts and leave.

Alex came out when our dryer stopped mid-cycle and wouldn’t restart. He figured out the thermal fuse had blown and the vent line was partially clogged. He replaced the fuse and cleared the blockage. After that, it ran without any issues. Alex was easy to talk to and didn’t make it feel complicated. Just explained what happened and fixed it.

Fridge started acting weird, lights flickering and temp going up and down. At first I thought it was just overloaded, but it got worse overnight. The tech ran diagnostics and found the control board was failing. He replaced it and reset the system. Everything came back to normal pretty quickly. What I liked was that he didn’t just leave after the install, he stayed to make sure temps stabilized. It’s been running steady ever since and way quieter too.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped cooling the house even though the thermostat was set correctly. The technician inspected the outdoor system and found the compressor start relay had failed. Without that relay the compressor could not start the cooling cycle. After replacing the relay he restarted the system and monitored the pressure levels. Cold air began flowing through the vents again almost immediately. The AC now runs smoothly and the house cools down much faster.

George helped with our cooktop that wouldn’t heat one side properly. He checked the wiring and found one of the elements had failed. Replaced it and tested all burners to make sure everything was balanced. He also cleaned up the surface before putting everything back. Straight to the point, no wasted time, and everything works like it should now.

Oven stopped heating evenly and took forever to preheat. The technician checked it and found the bake element was partially burned out. He replaced it and tested temperature with a meter. Now it heats up fast and cooks evenly again. I appreciated that he actually verified the temp instead of just assuming it worked. Small detail, but it matters.

Our freezer in La Jolla suddenly began warming up and the compressor kept turning on and off. The technician tested the electrical components and found the start capacitor had failed. After replacing the capacitor he restarted the freezer and monitored the cooling cycle. Within a short time the temperature returned to normal.

The dishwasher suddenly stopped draining and water remained inside the tub after every cycle. The technician checked the drain system and confirmed the drain pump had burned out. After installing the replacement pump he ran a full wash cycle to verify the water drained correctly. The machine now empties completely and works just like it used to.

Elon came out when our dishwasher wouldn’t drain at all. He pulled it out, checked the line, and found a clog deep in the hose plus a weak pump. Cleared the blockage and replaced the pump. Ran a full cycle and everything drained perfectly. Tony kept it simple and just got it done.

Dryer started getting way too hot and shutting off before the cycle finished. At first I thought it was just overloaded, but it kept happening even with small loads. The technician checked airflow and found a bad thermostat plus a ton of lint buildup inside. He replaced the thermostat, cleaned everything out, and tested it. Now it runs a full cycle without stopping and doesn’t overheat. He also pointed out how dangerous that lint buildup can get. Definitely something I wouldn’t have caught myself.
