Ice maker completely stopped producing, no sound, no movement. I checked the water line but couldn’t figure it out. The technician found the internal module had failed and the fill line had mineral buildup. He replaced the module, flushed the line, and tested the full cycle. Ice started dropping again before he left. He also recommended changing the filter more often to avoid the same issue. It’s been working perfectly since.

Dishwasher would start but barely fill with water, so dishes stayed dirty. The technician checked the inlet valve and found it was partially blocked and failing. He replaced it, tested water flow, and ran a full cycle. You could immediately hear the difference in pressure. Now it cleans properly and finishes cycles without issues. He also checked for leaks before leaving, which I appreciated.

Second LG fridge had a different issue but same result, not cooling at all. Lights were on, but temperature kept rising. The technician ran diagnostics and found the control board wasn’t sending proper signals to the compressor. He replaced the board and reset the system. Cooling came back pretty quickly after that. I appreciated that he checked both board and compressor before doing anything. Didn’t feel like trial and error. Now it holds temp perfectly and runs quiet.

The wine cooler started running constantly and the temperature inside dropped much lower than the setting. The technician tested the temperature control module and confirmed it was malfunctioning. After replacing the controller he recalibrated the cooling system and monitored the temperature for a while. The cooler now cycles normally and maintains the correct temperature for the bottles.

Our refrigerator started getting warm and making a low rattling sound from the back. The technician pulled the unit out and found the condenser fan barely spinning. Dust buildup had worn the motor out. He replaced the fan motor, cleaned the coils, and restarted the fridge to check the cooling cycle. Within about twenty minutes the temperature started dropping again. The fridge is now quiet and running much smoother than before. I did not realize how much dust behind the fridge can affect performance.

LG fridge just gave up on cooling completely. Freezer was barely cold and the fridge side felt like room temp. The tech didn’t waste time and checked the compressor first. Turns out it failed, which he said is pretty common for LG units. He replaced it, recharged the system, and stayed to make sure everything started cooling again. What I liked was that he explained each step and didn’t rush out. Within an hour you could already feel the difference. It’s been running stable since, no weird noises, no temp swings.

Dryer started getting way too hot and shutting off before the cycle finished. At first I thought it was just overloaded, but it kept happening even with small loads. The technician checked airflow and found a bad thermostat plus a ton of lint buildup inside. He replaced the thermostat, cleaned everything out, and tested it. Now it runs a full cycle without stopping and doesn’t overheat. He also pointed out how dangerous that lint buildup can get. Definitely something I wouldn’t have caught myself.

Elon came out when our dishwasher wouldn’t drain at all. He pulled it out, checked the line, and found a clog deep in the hose plus a weak pump. Cleared the blockage and replaced the pump. Ran a full cycle and everything drained perfectly. Tony kept it simple and just got it done.
