Chad was very professional and thorough. He arrived and resolved the problem within an hour of me locating it. He also provided some helpful tips to help us maintain the integrity of system. We have used another pluming company, in the past, for the same problem, and they were double the price, took more than half a day to correct the problem, and tried to convince us to commit to doing a project that would cost thousands of dollars. Blade did a great job today. I was sure my garbage disposal was dead but he kept working on it and repaired vs replace.

I called Roto Rooter and in less than 24 hours I had someone at my door. The technician identified and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. He was professional and up front with the pricing.
