Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter Was at our house within an hour of the first phone call. They identified the issue And took care of it right away. What was especially pleasing was they said if it didn’t work they wouldn’t charge us. I mean, who wouldn’t go along with that. Great job!

Came quickly and performed a minor miracle to unclog a cast iron pipe in the back wall with 75 years of accumulated toilet paper. Would def recommend.

We lost power due to a major snow/ice storm in Nashville and when I returned home to check on things, I found water everywhere. A pipe had clearly burst. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber (Brian Y.) out within a few hours. Brian has been amazing- so knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. With my husband out of the country, I've had to manage this solo and Brian has made it easy and manageable. Thank you, Brian and Roto-Rooter for coming to my rescue and being SO helpful.
