Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Five stars are not enough for Josh who did a 100 star job. He fixed something I had been led to believe was unfixable without practically tearing out my shower. He explained everything, was pleasant, and professional, but mostly he was outstanding at his job.

We called Roto Rooter out of Tn and they were on site in Marion AR WITHIN THE HOUR. Our plumber Josh was amazing. It was pouring down rain and he didn’t let it bother him or get in the way of Josh completing his job. John our restoration specialist, evaluated the damage done within the master bedroom and bath. John quickly installed the humidifier and fans, and even helped with filing the insurance claim. We highly recommend there services.

Someone was at my home about 25 minutes after the 1st call. The problem was repaired and so far so good. I had a backed up problem from bathroom pipes toilet, sink, and tub.

Piper burst under ground to our strip mall. Kelley & Mr Hunter were great. Very polite and got the job done in timely manner. 5 star to me.

We called on a Tuesday morning, and they had someone available to check out the problem later that afternoon. They immediately figured out what the problem was and came back on Thursday to get it taken care of. They showed up at 10 am and were gone by noon. They were friendly, very competent, and very efficient. I recommend you try these guys first.

Excellent service received from John and his crew. John responded within 15 minutes after I contacted Roto-Rooter and explained that I heard water running in my bathroom wall. They located the leak and got to work to repair it immediately. The hot water pipe was rerouted and let water was turned back on the same day. 7 fans and 2 humidifiers placed in my home to dry the slab in 3 rooms. They did Such a great job and I will definitely refer them out to anyone who is in need of water damage cleanup.
