Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called because my sink was clogged. They were able to send someone out right away and snaked the drain to unclog it for me. Very professional. I’m giving four stars instead of five stars because it was $550 and I think that is too high a price. The company refused to give me an estimate on the phone and by the time the guy was there it was easier to just let him do the job than to go get another quote from someone else. I agreed to the price, but I would not go back to them for this service again.

They didn't perform work at my house. The workers were completely unprofessional and neglected common courtesy. They sat outside in their trucks "talking to their manager," and instead of informing me of their conclusions about the work to be done and the cost, they drove off without warning. They just drove away!

Very disappointed. You are going out of business very soon, I did business with you by mistake and regret it.
