I called because my sink was clogged. They were able to send someone out right away and snaked the drain to unclog it for me. Very professional. I’m giving four stars instead of five stars because it was $550 and I think that is too high a price. The company refused to give me an estimate on the phone and by the time the guy was there it was easier to just let him do the job than to go get another quote from someone else. I agreed to the price, but I would not go back to them for this service again.

I haven't had a working washing machine for over 5 years because the morons who installed two new washers did not turn on the cold water hose. Finally Christopher was able to use a tool and turn my cold water on. Thank goodness I called you because 3 different men have come to connect my washing machine or repair it and none of them were smart enough to know to turn on the cold water faucet. Thank you Roto Rooter and thanks immensely Christopher for listening to what I had to say!

Excellent experience with Roto-Rooter! The technician arrived early, was extremely friendly and professional, and quickly figured out the issue after my daughter flushed a toy down the toilet. He actually removed the toilet to retrieve the toy from behind it and had everything fixed in no time. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Really appreciated the honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. Highly recommend!
