Guy that came out on Sunday nite was very patient and understanding even when things weren't going so great getting my pipe snaked out. I believe his name was Luis.

We had a clogged main line to the city sewer. Rotor Rooter came out within 45 mins and unplugged our main line. This was right before a major rain storm. I highly recommend the company. One of the best services experiences I have had in decades.

Floor drains were stuck and not draining at all. Crew came through and rod lines from front to back. Extracted so much tree roots and wipes I was surprised any lines drained at all. Works perfectly and warranty for 6 months.

When water started backing up in my floor drain on a Sunday, I knew I had to act fast. Roto-Rooter responded impressively, sending someone out within just two hours. The technician was super friendly, clearly explaining the necessary repairs and the total cost upfront. Since it was the weekend and a bit of an emergency, I didn't take the time to price-shop, but the quality of work was excellent. They even returned later to perform a thorough camera inspection to ensure everything was clear

Brandon was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions about what to expect. He even helped with registration of the new sump pump when I called after he'd left. He was quite a bit later than my scheduled appointment, but I understand with this kind of work the timing can change. That's the only reason for not getting 5 stars. Otherwise, it was top notch work.

The customer service was great and the actual repair was prompt and well done. The biggest issue is the cost, $800 to replace a flange is highway robbery. If it wasnt for that, I would use this company again.
