Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

When water started backing up in my floor drain on a Sunday, I knew I had to act fast. Roto-Rooter responded impressively, sending someone out within just two hours. The technician was super friendly, clearly explaining the necessary repairs and the total cost upfront. Since it was the weekend and a bit of an emergency, I didn't take the time to price-shop, but the quality of work was excellent. They even returned later to perform a thorough camera inspection to ensure everything was clear

I absolutely love Roto Rooter! They are experts, fair, honest and dependable. They go above and beyond to get someone out to your home quickly and the technician was so respectful and explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. He also talked to me about the core issue causing the problem and prevention moving forward. And he did a fantastic job . I highly recommend Roto Rooter!

Floor drains were stuck and not draining at all. Crew came through and rod lines from front to back. Extracted so much tree roots and wipes I was surprised any lines drained at all. Works perfectly and warranty for 6 months.

3.5 hours late for appointment. Plumber says I'll be right back and never comes back. Waste of my time and my day off work. Can't be trusted. Just a waste. Worst plumbers I have ever worked with. Would not recommend. Don't use Roto Rooter plumbing & water cleanup.

The customer service was great and the actual repair was prompt and well done. The biggest issue is the cost, $800 to replace a flange is highway robbery. If it wasnt for that, I would use this company again.
