We live in a 97 year old house and had problems with a clogged drain and called Reliant. Cesar came over within an hour and he was unable to do anything for us so he called a tech with a camera and determined that the sewer pipe was cracked and clogged up and made of cast iron, which plumbers have not used in decades. He quoted a price, they started working that evening and were done the next day. However, they told us the water pipes were leaking and made of galvanized metal, again not used anymore and clogged with rust. They took a few days to complete it but they worked long and hard to get it done. Thru it all Cesar communicated frequently, updating us on the process. They even installed a water filter in line to the evaporative cooler, because the water is so hard in this area and that attention to detail is one of the many reasons why you should call Reliant for any plumbing or rooting issue you may have. We highly recommend them.
