One thing I have learned is that trying to find a company that isn't all about the money and more about the customer is few and far between. The gentleman that came out (I am SO sorry! I suck with names🤦🏼‍♀️) was patient and very knowledgeable. He gave suggestions on how to repair the issue and also a choice on if I wanted to attempt the repair or have them do it. Who does that?!?! So I am going to give it a shot but you can bet that if I can't do it, I will be calling them back. AND for any other future plumbing needs that may arise. Thank you!!
