Horrible experience, negligence, incompetence, theft and lies. Wrong water heater installed, installed it incorrectly, blew my breakers and damaged them. Sales tech said they wouldn’t install a Home Depot water heater and did exactly that. Initial installers lied about how they messed up
I rarely leave reviews, I wish 0 stars was an option but this situation has been beyond frustrating. Over six weeks ago, the company approved a refund due to a completely inadequate camera inspection. Their technician sent just pictures and claimed it justified a 10,000 dollar job with no video recording. After recognizing the issue, they agreed to issue a refund, but I still haven’t received anything. Since then I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up. I’ve been told to “give it more time” and “ call back later” over and over. I was assured several times that a manger and someone from the refund department would contact me the same day. That never happened. The lack of accountability, follow through and transparency from multiple departments is extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others before working with this company.
