I had a great experience with Reliant Plumbing for a routine maintenance task at my home in Fort Worth. James, the technician, was professional and efficient while performing an electric water tank flush located in my garage. The entire process took just about 15 minutes, and everything was handled with care. He also answered all my questions. I appreciate the quick service and attention to detail. I rarely leave reviews, I wish 0 stars was an option but this situation has been beyond frustrating. Over six weeks ago, the company approved a refund due to a completely inadequate camera inspection. Their technician sent just pictures and claimed it justified a 10,000 dollar job with no video recording. After recognizing the issue, they agreed to issue a refund, but I still haven’t received anything. Since then I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up. I’ve been told to “give it more time” and “ call back later” over and over. I was assured several times that a manger and someone from the refund department would contact me the same day. Th...
