Jacob is awesome. He got here quickly and did a thorough inspection to diagnose the issue. He clearly explained what was needed and was transparent on pricing. Will def call again when I need a plumber

I heard water at 3am and checked where it was coming from. I called Reliant and he said someone would come this morning. The man checked and found exactly what it was. He explained it to me. Great guy, great company

Memorial Day Monday so I expected holiday charges when the heater bib rusted through. But there were none. I was also surprised to get morning evaluation and afternoon installation that same Memorial Day. Installation and modifications to my second heater (they were in parallel) were exact to my request. Great customer service from all involved. Editing my 5 star review down to 3 here. They are very responsive but very expensive. While installing and modifying my water heaters to code, they tested or used the pressure release valve on the 4 year old unit. It has been dripping ever since and got worse when I tried to flush it. They came out and said they wanted $768 to replace the Cash Acme NCLX-5L valve. The valve costs $26 at Home Depot and since I already had the water heater shut off and cooled down this isn't much work. Maybe a service call plus an hour. I had paid them $3800 the day before for installation of the other hot water heater and bringing the parallel units up to code. I definitely understand the failure of this valve after testing it isn't their fault. But this definitely makes me see them as overpriced. Especially since I called another plumber to replace the valve which he did in under an hour for $245 total.

Salesperson could not give me a quote for toilet install. $89 service fee before quote, this is a contractor red flag. Rude & seemed put-off by request for Certificate of Insurance for HOA which is standard. Read the other negative reviews.

Wanted to charge me $500.00 for something I could fix for less than $60.00.
